Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with Finance GL expertise to support financial systems and reporting initiatives within the Banking and Financial domain. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of industry experience and a strong background in financial general ledger processes, functional testing, and business documentation.

Must-Have Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Technology
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in finance-related projects
Strong experience in Finance General Ledger (GL) preferably with SAP
Comfortable creating:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- JIRA user stories
- Functional specification documents
- Test scripts
Hands-on experience in performing functional testing
Proficient in SQL writing and executing queries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree preferred

Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial system requirements
Document business needs in BRDs and translate them into user stories in JIRA
Write detailed functional specifications and support development teams during implementation
Perform functional testing and ensure solution aligns with business expectations
Query and validate data using SQL to support analysis and testing
