We want a Boomi integration engineer with UKG and not UKG consultant with Boomi.
Job Title: UKG/Boomi Integration Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Project Overview:
As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking a skilled UKG/Boomi Integration Specialist to join the client's IT project team. The selected candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of system integrations, specifically between UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), Boomi, and Oracle Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of custom integrations between UKG and other systems using Boomi.
- Interpret and manage UKG data flows to ensure accurate and efficient integration processes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data mapping, transformation rules, and integration logic.
- Develop new interfaces from scratch; not limited to maintaining existing ones.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support interface testing, validation, and deployment.
- Provide technical expertise in UKG and Boomi to resolve system and data challenges.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with both UKG (Pro/Dimensions) and Boomi - certifications alone are not sufficient.
- Deep understanding of UKG data structures and flows.
- Proven ability to design and build custom integrations with Boomi.
- Experience working on complex HR and ERP transformation projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP integrations is a major plus.
- Familiarity with additional integration platforms or tools (e.g., MuleSoft, OIC) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in large-scale healthcare or enterprise environments.

- This role is remote with potential for contract extension based on project needs.
