Job Details

We're supporting a fast-moving hiring initiative to bring on several experienced Salesforce Developers for a major application modernization project. This is a unique chance to join a highly visible program that's reshaping how a large, well-established organization connects its suppliers, clients, and employees. The focus is on replacing and enhancing a broad portfolio of applications, with Salesforce/Vlocity at the core, along with MuleSoft, Azure, and multiple real-time integrations.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with a skilled technical team to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications, new features, and critical platform capabilities.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable technical solutions that follow best practices and approved standards.

  • Prepare detailed technical designs and specifications to guide development work.

  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle - from design and configuration to coding, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

  • Participate in and lead unit testing, performance testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and reliable system performance.

  • Support paired programming, frequent code reviews, and a strong culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Keep deliverables aligned with project scope, timeline, and evolving business priorities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong record of delivering scalable solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, and Lightning frameworks (Aura/LWC).

  • Strong background in building applications with object-oriented languages.

  • Experience with large-scale web service integrations, working with APIs as both a client and a service provider.

  • Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is a big plus.

  • Confident working within Agile, Scrum, or similar SDLC frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL, T-SQL, or PL/SQL) and writing queries.

  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Must be comfortable working in a paired programming environment - collaboration and open communication are core to the team's approach.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certifications strongly preferred.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Be part of a transformative program that's a top priority for a large, industry-leading organization - your work will have clear, visible impact.

  • Join an experienced, collaborative team that values clean code, best practices, and real-time problem-solving.

  • Work on a diverse technology stack that extends beyond Salesforce to include Vlocity, MuleSoft, Azure, and high-volume integrations.

  • Enjoy a culture that rewards proactive contribution, teamwork, and technical excellence.

  • Move quickly - the team is ready to onboard skilled developers who can hit the ground running and help deliver on an ambitious timeline.

If you have strong Salesforce experience and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, this is an excellent time to step in and make a difference.
