Job Details


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.

  • Troubleshoot electrical components including circuits, motors, and control systems.

  • Work with low-voltage and high-voltage systems depending on classification.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).

  • Follow all OSHA safety standards and site-specific protocols.

  • Maintain accurate logs of repairs, work performed, and tools used.

  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors on project needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid state-recognized electrical license (e.g., C-5, C-6, Journeyperson, Limited License, etc.).

  • Completion of a registered electrical apprenticeship program (if required by license).

  • 2 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools, testing devices (e.g., multimeters), and electrical equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

  • Comfortable working onsite in a physically active role (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and lockout/tagout protocols.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
