Remote Help Desk Analyst/Computer Operator with BMC, Power BI, Release Management/Change Management and Medicaid experience

Location: Columbia, SC (Clemson University)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Location: Role is 100% remote
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation or nationwide candidates allowed.

Skills:
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (queries, reporting, analytics)
2+ years of experience with Power BI
1+ years of experience with BMC Footprints ticketing system
Release Management
Change Management
Incident Management
Microsoft Project

Required s (rank in order of Importance):
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, BMC Footprints Ticketing System, Collaboration, Communication.

Preferred s (rank in order of Importance):
Previous experience with participating in software upgrade, Change and Release Management procedures.

Required Education: Bachelor s Degree or High School with 2 years of experience
