; Job Summary
The Operations Support professional plays a critical role in managing client relationships, ensuring timely settlement of trades, and minimizing operational risk. This position involves daily communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage cash flows, resolve settlement issues, and enhance process efficiency within a fast-paced trading environment.


; Key Responsibilitie
sBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and business units through effective communication and issue resolution.Communicate daily with clients to confirm upcoming cash flows and settlement details.Investigate and resolve client fails by working closely with trading desks, sales desks, and middle office teams.Reconcile and analyze aged breaks, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing risk.Respond to client inquiries related to position breaks, corporate action bookings, and reporting.Collaborate with operations management, sales, and trading to proactively escalate issues and mitigate operational risks.Take ownership of processes and accountability for outstanding operational items.Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and reporting tools.Support the global settlements team in system testing, development, and implementation initiatives.


; Required Qualifications
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and proactive, with a high degree of accountability.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to identify and escalate issues effectively, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.Sound understanding of operational and franchise risk.Demonstrated ability to deliver attentive and professional client service.


; Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Experience with automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or UI Path is a strong plus.Previous experience in financial services or settlements operations is desirable.
