Role: Sr. Wi-Fi Engineer.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wi-Fi Engineer with strong expertise in modern wireless technologies, Wi-Fi standards, and performance optimization. The role involves designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise-grade wireless networks while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax)

  • Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7

  • In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi security modes

  • Experience working with Wi-Fi Mesh networks

  • Proven skills in Wi-Fi performance analysis (throughput, latency testing)

  • Hands-on experience with packet analysis tools such as Wireshark

Good to Have Skills:

  • Basic networking fundamentals

  • Scripting experience for automation and troubleshooting

  • Ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership

  • Basic RF (Radio Frequency) concepts and troubleshooting

  • Experience with embedded Linux systems troubleshooting
