ServiceNow FSM Developer
Location: Dallas/Atlanta/New Jersey
Duration: 9-12 Month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow FSM module.
  • Customize FSM workflows, dispatch rules, work order management, and mobile configurations.
  • Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM) and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM configurations and customizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, especially in FSM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years focused on Field Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of FSM components: work orders, assignments, dispatching, skills management, and mobile app.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or FSM certification is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in or with telecommunications companies.
  • Knowledge of telecom field operations, asset tracking, and workforce management.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM module in addition to FSM.
