Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 5 8+ years of business analysis experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience in large-scale projects, enterprise systems, and cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- Experience in ERP, CRM, or business intelligence implementation.
