ERP Developer, Principal

Location: Tulsa, OK (Relocation is not provided. If not willing to relocate, please do not apply)

Description

What you will do:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
  • Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.

What you need:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT controls, and financial system security best practices.
