Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Traditional Dent Repair and Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our automotive repair team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional and PDR techniques, with the ability to repair a wide range of dents and dings on various vehicle types.
  • This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and value of our customers' vehicles.
  • Candidates should have 3+ years experience in this role

Most important responsibilities:

  • Dent Assessment: Assess the extent and type of damage on vehicles to determine the most appropriate repair method, whether traditional or PDR.
  • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR): Utilize PDR techniques to remove dents and dings without the need for painting, preserving the vehicle's factory finish.
  • Repair Accuracy: Ensure all repairs are completed with precision, attention to detail, and within the specified timeframes.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Traditional Dent Repair and PDR Technician.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and PDR techniques.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to perform repair tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Certification in dent repair techniques is a plus.
