Job Overview:As an AI/ML Engineer at Google, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms that enhance our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning principles and practical application of AI techniques to solve complex problems.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex challenges.- Work closely with product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new products.- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve the performance of models.- Conduct research and implement the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.Required Qualifications/Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 6 to 10 years of experience in AI and machine learning engineering roles.- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python.- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.- Hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and algorithm development.- Expertise in regression and classification algorithms, neural networks, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques.condary
