Job Title: Project Manager Rippling HR System
Location: New York, NY (Contract)
We re looking for an experienced Project Manager with techno-functional expertise in HR systems, especially Rippling HRIS. This role involves leading projects for HR workflows, appraisals, payroll, benefits, and equity management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation & optimization of Rippling HR system (HR workflows, appraisals, performance reviews, equity management).
- Integrate Rippling with systems
- Optimize onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Act as liaison between HR & technical teams to ensure accuracy & efficiency.
- Deliver reporting, analytics, and documentation for HR processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Rippling HRIS or similar (Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors).
- Proven Project Management in HR systems/processes.
- Knowledge of equity management platforms (
- Expertise in HR workflows: onboarding, payroll, benefits, appraisals, performance management.
- Techno-functional expertise + excellent communication skills.
- Preferred: PMP certification, agile methodology experience.
