Job Title: HighQ Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HighQ Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the full lifecycle of the HighQ platform from implementation and configuration to customization, user training, and ongoing administration. This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation and enhancing legal and compliance workflows across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HighQ s features, modules, and integration capabilities, and a proven track record in deploying scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and internal authority on the HighQ platform.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and custom configuration of HighQ sites, iSheets, permissions, workflows, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, IT, operations) to gather requirements and deliver tailored HighQ solutions.
- Develop and maintain:
- Contract lifecycle management workflows
- Document automation templates
- Dashboards and reporting tools
- Data visualizations and analytics
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure high adoption and effective platform usage.
- Serve as the liaison with HighQ technical support and third-party vendors to resolve platform issues and manage updates or patches.
- Monitor system performance, user activity, and adoption metrics, and recommend improvements to drive greater efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement new HighQ features and modules, staying current with industry best practices and product developments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training guides.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with HighQ, including hands-on administration, customization, and solution development.
- Strong understanding of iSheets, workflows, document automation, security models, and integration options.
- Familiarity with legal technology use cases, especially in contract management, compliance tracking, or collaboration environments.
- Experience working with stakeholders in legal, risk, and compliance domains.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and end-user training skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
