Pay Range:$47.10-$67.29/Hrs

Description:
* Oversee and manage governance processes for enterprise architecture policies and standards.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure revisions are delivered and socialized appropriately.
* Facilitate risk and issue management projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
* Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables running in parallel.
* Communicate effectively with senior management and influence positive outcomes.
* Support governance and oversight processes for alignment with strategic goals.
* Adapt quickly to change and provide proactive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage governance processes for policies and standards.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
* Coordinate risk projects and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
* Report on the progress of risk items in governance forums.
* Guide teams on expectations for evidence packages and validate readiness.
* Oversee the lifecycle of remediation efforts and governance alignment.
* Capture lessons learned and successful approaches for future guidance.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial and technology space.
* Extensive experience with policy standards development and process execution.
* Experience delivering risk-focused projects and programs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
