The Integration Software Developer 2 is responsible for developing and maintaining robust software integrations within the company's organizational ecosystem. The role focuses on delivering solutions through Agile or Scrum methodologies and involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deploy identity management systems like SailPoint Identity IQ.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrations with a focus on identity and access management solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ and Okta.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers to create and execute detailed deployment plans.
  • Design and implement workflows, rules, connectors, and policies within SailPoint to facilitate effective identity management.
  • Develop API services to manage access policies, handle access requests, and integrate with external applications.
  • Utilize Agile or Scrum development methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality software delivery.
  • Resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting, analysis, and collaboration with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Here's What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with integration software development, including specific experience with SailPoint and Okta.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong programming skills, including familiarity with API development and management.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills Required :
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
  • Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in software development or identity management solutions.
  • Prior experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
