Job Details

Title: Technical Program Product Manager III
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay: $70/hr-$80/hr on W2 (DOE)
Contract: W2; 11-month contract (possibility of extension)
Hours: 40 hrs/week, M-F (core hours; may require early start at 7 AM for London collaboration)

We are looking for an experienced, talented Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead automated outbound marketing platforms that support multiple programs (Email, Push Notification, WhatsApp) and within homepage placements of the client app and website.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing business. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will partner with engineers, SDMs, other TPMs, Product Managers, marketers, and senior management to help create, track, and launch world-class solutions.

As part of the client marketing tech leads team, you will:

  • Work on developing the systems and strategies used by the client worldwide
  • Regularly interact with senior leadership
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams worldwide
  • Define organization roadmaps
  • Track enhancement of platform features
  • Interact/collect tenant needs
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives
  • Manage technology operations
You ll work in a high-volume environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level but also tactically, day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Drive software development and release with cross-functional collaborations between marketing, product, and tech.
  • Lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by tracking project milestones.
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3-5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.
Top 3 Must-Haves
  1. Work across dependencies.
  2. Experience in creating a work-back schedule and identifying milestones and delivery timelines.
  3. Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
