Position: WORKDAY MANAGER - FINANCIALS & HCM

Location: REMOTE

Salary: UP TO $220,000 BASE ANNUAL SALARY + 10% BONUS + EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS

This unique role involves executing the vision for Workday Financials & Human Capital Management modules within a thriving quickly growing organization. Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating on functional roadmaps for Workday and Adaptive Insights, in conjunction with the VP Business Support Systems and key enterprise leaders.

- Scoping, planning, and executing approved application enhancement projects, with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Ensuring system security and confidentiality standards in compliance with ISO27001:2013.

- Developing user support solutions, including managing escalated support cases.

- Managing an experienced high functioning team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

- Proven expertise in Workday Financials and Human Capital Management.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and third-party providers.

- Demonstrated abilities in IT project management methodologies.

- Proven people administrative management experience.

- Must have ship due to federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Possession of Workday Pro Financials or Workday Pro HCM Core certification
