Role - Flex PLM Development Lead
Duration - 12+ Months
Location – Remote
Visa: No Sponsored Visa Allowed
Must have: PTC Flex PLM, FlexPLM infra / system admin exp – rehosting, cloning, cluster env setup, upgrade, monitoring
Nice to have: Retail/Apparel experience
Years of experience needed: 7-10
- Lead the design and architecture of FlexPLM solutions for new implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Define system landscape, integration points (ERP, CAD, PLM, DAM, PIM, etc.), and data flow across enterprise systems.
- Provide technical oversight during solution development, customization, and deployment.
- FlexPLM upgrade and system administration experience.
- Experience integrating FlexPLM with ERP, PLM, CAD, PIM, or DAM systems.
Responsibilities: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in PTC FlexPLM is required. Advanced proficiency in Java Spring is recommended, along with advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance.
