RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a Detroit, MI-based automotive manufacturer who brings engineering, technology, and design together to create innovative vehicles, energy solutions, and in-vehicle services is seeking an Accessories Digital Solutions Account Supervisor.
Summary:
As an ADS (Accessories Digital Solution) Account Supervisor, you will work closely with our participating company dealers, as well as our distribution network of ADl's (Accessory Distributor & Installer). You will be the primary contact for these parties on our ADS program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaison between Dealer's, ADl's and the Company ADS team
* Perform program enrollments with Company dealers
* Provide company dealers and ADl's support on the ADS platform and program
* Lead training initiatives with the dealer and ADI network
* Be an SME on the ADS program and platform
* Assist in resolving dealer B2B and B2C order issues as needed
* Monitor and improve assigned dealers and ADl's order fulfillment metrics related to ecommerce orders from dealer and company brand websites
* Assist company field teams with program education and awareness
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles - written and oral; Can get messages across that have the desired effect
* Ability to crisply frame issues to make clear conclusions and recommendations
* High comfort level guiding users through tasks remotely without face-to-face interactions
* Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Prior dealership and automotive experience
* Prior CRM or account management experience
* Experience with Webex and remote desktop tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
