RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Data Analyst/Python in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Summary:
This company is migrating their data warehouse but they are not lifting and shifting, they are redesigning data transformation. This involves large-scale data validation, which they currently cannot fully perform manually. The team is exploring automated, repeatable validation tools to improve speed and accuracy. The candidate will help build a tool to automate validation across ~200 tables.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with data validation scripting (not heavy development)
* Understanding of data granularity (e.g., customer vs. dealer level)
* Ability to compare and match results across systems (SQL-based)
* Doesn't really need cloud; Azure side is nice but doesn't need
* Snowflake will not be used
* Python based on data validation: Have you scripted this table to that table; How big of validation suite have you built?; Did it automate it and did it repeat
* No executive presentations required
* Must be able to communicate effectively with business personnel and peers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
