We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives. This role is responsible for managing projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Drive execution of IT and cybersecurity projects that meet business requirements.
• Track project performance, adjusting scope and priorities as needed.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including employees, contractors, and consultants.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across project teams.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support for team development.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Report on project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure project goals are aligned with business and organizational priorities.
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts or roadblocks effectively.

Quality & Risk Oversight

• Enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks using best practices and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT projects, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
