Job Description: Contracted CargoWise Implementation Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CargoWise Implementation Coordinator for a contracted position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a new CargoWise company to support operations for a newly established entity in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the CargoWise platform for a new Mexico-based company.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure a smooth rollout.
  • System Configuration & Administration
  • Configure CargoWise to suit company needs, customizing workflows and settings.
  • Oversee user access, system security, and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Process Documentation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration, processes, and user training.
  • User Training & Support
  • Deliver training to end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Compliance & Localization
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure that the CargoWise system meets requirements specific to the Mexico tax authority.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for optimization within CargoWise to streamline operations and enhance user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using and administering CargoWise.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or participating in CargoWise implementation projects.
  • Deep understanding of CargoWise configuration and workflow design.
  • Strong capability in process documentation and user training.
  • Excellent project coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with companies operating in Mexico.
  • Prior involvement with Mexico s tax authority requirements or localization processes (e.g., CFDI).
  • Fluency in Spanish (not required, but highly valued).
