Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s cloud-based computing environments, ensuring they run seamlessly and securely.

Responsibilities

• Design and Build: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain the hardware and software systems that underpin our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to the scalability, reliability, and performance of our cloud services.
• Infrastructure Solutions: Create and implement robust infrastructure solutions that optimize resource utilization, enhance data storage, and streamline operations. You’ll be the architect behind our cloud-based systems.
• Efficiency and Security: Monitor and fine-tune cloud components such as networking, security services, and databases. Your keen eye for efficiency and security will keep our systems running smoothly.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions. You’ll provide support, address queries, and make recommendations aligned with client needs.

Requirements

• Security:  TS/SCI w/Polygraph
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in programming, cloud engineering, infrastructure design, or related roles. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential.
• Certifications: Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and adapt to evolving cloud technologies.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, and operations teams.
