| Required | 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture Proven expertise in Health Cloud, Omnistudio, Apex, LWC, SOQL, BRE, and Salesforce integration patterns. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, OmniStudio Consultant). Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, microservices and middleware technologies Experience with Generative AI technologies including AgentForce and Data Cloud Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Azure |
| Good to Haves | Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Certification, Integration Architect). Knowledge of Heath Cloud implementation in healthcare/payor industry Experience modernizing legacy CRM or mainframe systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AutoRabbit. |
