SAP SuccessFactors ONB(Onboarding) 2.0 Consultant
-Role Title: SAP SuccessFactors ONB(Onboarding) 2.0 Consultant
-Required Skills: Experienced SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 Configurator to support implementation and configuration activities for state and local government clients. This role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant system configurations aligned with public sector HR processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Certifications:
o SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and ONB 1.0 Certification (Associate or Professional level) required
o Additional certifications in other SuccessFactors are preferred but not required
Configuration Experience:
o 3 4 years of direct configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and ONB 1.0
o Hands-on involvement in at least 3 4 full-cycle implementations, ideally including state or local government environments
o Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs
-Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities:
o Configure SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and ONB 1.0 to support business requirements specific to public sector HR operations, such as ONB processes, Compliance forms, RBP, Data Collection, Forms configuration
o Participate in client workshops and strategy sessions to gather configuration requirements and ensure alignment with future-state process goals
o Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution in collaboration with functional leads and client representatives
o Maintain knowledge of SuccessFactors capabilities, public sector HR compliance, and configuration best practices
o Create and Maintain System Documentation, contribute to knowledge transfer and system training activities
Collaboration & Support:
o Work closely with lead consultants, integration teams, and client-side stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely configurations
o Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on configuration progress and blockers
