Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant(Core HR, Security, Talent and Journeys)
Dallas, TX / Jersey City, NJ / Tampa, FL (Onsite 3days/week)
Full-Time
The candidate is expected to have 10+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).
The candidate must have Strong hands-on experience in the following modules/areas Core HR, Security, Talent Management, Journeys in Fusion HCM.
The candidate must have expert working experience in Core HR configuration along with setting up of Workflows, Personalization and Security in Fusion HCM (Oracle HCM Cloud).
The candidate must have Strong hands-on experience in the following modules of Talent Management in Fusion HCM Profile Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development.
The candidate must have deep understanding of Talent Management business processes in Fusion HCM and their integration with Core HR.
The candidate should have good experience in configuration of Roles, Security profiles, AORs within Fusion HCM.
Should have good experience in the configuration of Journeys in the employee life cycle including onboarding and offboarding Journeys and contextual Journeys.
The candidate should possess in-depth understanding of Fusion HCM Cloud business processes in Core HR and Talent Management and their data flow.
The candidate should have been in client facing roles for Fusion HCM Projects and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
The candidate should have good experience in Organizational Structure design, selection of Person number Generation method, configuration of Enterprise Structure, Reference Data Sets, Legal Entities, PSU, LDG, Business Units, and setup of Workforce Structures in Fusion HCM (Departments, Grades, Jobs, Positions etc.).
The candidate should be familiar with the details of HR transactions in Fusion HCM such as Employee Transfers, Global Transfers and Terminations, Employee Temporary Assignment Setup and date tracking in Fusion HCM.
The candidate should have good experience in the configuration of Approvals and Workflows for Fusion HCM Transactions and approval hierarchy.
Should be involved in the creation and customization of Value Sets, Lookups, Action and Action Reasons and Flex Fields in Fusion HCM.
The candidate should have good experience in Page Composer and HCM Design Studio within Fusion HCM for Core HR related page customizations (Sandbox) like uploading logos and hiding/showing home screen icons, renaming, hiding, unhiding fields in Fusion HCM.
The candidate should have good experience in configuring Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) on Person, Assignment, Work force structure pages and defining Extensible Flex Fields (EFF) on these pages within Fusion HCM for capturing additional information as required by business.
The candidate should have good experience in Configuring Document of Records within Fusion HCM.
The candidate should have good experience in Configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Trees.
The candidate should be familiar with Data loading using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for various objects in Core HR and Talent Management.
The candidate should be familiar with data mapping exercise from legacy HCM system to Fusion HCM fields for Core HR and Talent Management.
The candidate should be familiar with the basic tables in Core HR and Talent Management in Fusion HCM.
The candidate should be familiar with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio.
The candidate must be familiar with enabling and optimizing the Core HR and Talent Management experience in Redwood UI.
The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving skills.
The candidate should possess strong planning and follow up skills and should be good at providing status updates to Project Manager.
The candidate should be able to assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
