Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Join a small, collaborative team evolving enterprise agile ways of working. You'll partner with leaders to shape strategy, weave risk and compliance into everyday delivery, and nurture healthy habits at scale in a regulated financial environment. This senior individual contributor role has broad scope and high trust-enabling adaptive practices while keeping control and audit readiness front and center.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align objectives , clarify roles and decision forums, and co create working agreements.
  • Co design guardrails that meet regulatory and audit needs without adding unnecessary friction.
  • Embed risk and compliance practices into planning, engineering, and release routines.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards for value, flow, and risk transparency.
  • Lead pilots, evolve playbooks, mentor internal coaches, and scale proven patterns across portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in

License or Certification Type: Scrum certification Required, Sr Scrum certification Required, CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master) Preferred

  • Experience in large financial institutions with risk, compliance, and audit alignment.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership coaching; fosters healthy team habits and alignment.
  • Operates with broad autonomy, influences across portfolios, and makes governance and metrics practical at scale.


Preferred Certifications
  • ICAgile (ICP ENT, ICP CAT) or Scrum Alliance CEC/CTC.
  • Professional Coaching (e.g., ICF or equivalent).
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or similar).

The base pay for this position is generally between $140,000 and $180,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
