UX Project Manager / Design Program Manager

• Project Lifecycle Management: Direct the full lifecycle of design projects, managing timelines and deliverables for user research, service design workshops, interactive prototyping, and iterative user testing.
• Agile Process Integration: Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to define and prioritize product backlogs , facilitate sprint planning for design tasks, and manage rapid iteration cycles.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Plan and facilitate design thinking and co-creation workshops with stakeholders to set clear goals and align on the vision for intuitive and inclusive user interfaces.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless collaboration between UI/UX designers and developers to confirm design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Standards & Compliance: Enforce and track compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) throughout the design process.
• Development Handoff: Oversee the creation and handoff of high-fidelity designs, ensuring they are complete, documented, and ready for development.

Technical Skills and Methodologies:

• Methodologies: Human-Centered Design , Design Thinking, Service Design, Agile Product Management.
• Core Competencies: Stakeholder Management , User Feedback Loops , Sprint Planning and Retrospectives , Requirements Definition.
