Key Responsibilities
- Develop rate and capacity models for tooling and inventory storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Engineering, and Operations.
- Create 2D facility layouts using AutoCAD.
- Lead design reviews and document technical decisions.
- Validate design and contractual requirements.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement events.
- Coordinate inventory movement with operations and transport teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in 2D CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong project management and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% based on business needs.
