Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Endpoint Management Compute Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members to design and implement Microsoft Intune and Autopilot solutions for managing and deploying devices. Your work will help ensure efficient device provisioning and compliance throughout the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Help with the design and implementation of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot solutions for device management and deployment.
  • Help develop the configuration to manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
  • Develop and maintain Autopilot deployment profiles and ensure seamless device provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and Autopilot deployments.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ total years of experience in endpoint configuration and management for both physical and virtual endpoints.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • 1+ years of experience in in configuring and managing device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
  • 1+ years of experience with Windows 10/11 and Azure (Entra ID/AD)
  • 1+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in additional skills or tools related to endpoint management.
  • Experience with specific methodologies or frameworks in device management.
  • Understanding of security best practices for endpoint management.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge or practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Graph reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education Level:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
