Job Details

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and translating business requirements related to supply chain planning processes.

  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and distribution planning.

  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Work closely with developers and solution architects to design, document, and implement SCV (Supply Chain Visibility) solutions.

  • Create functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and data mapping documents aligned with SCV tool requirements.

  • Support the configuration and testing of supply chain planning tools such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder (JDA), or Kinaxis.

  • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and sign-off for supply chain systems, ensuring user adoption and training readiness.

  • Provide data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to measure effectiveness of planning cycles and tool performance.

  • Facilitate change management efforts and support post-implementation activities including hypercare and issue resolution.
