Job Details
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and translating business requirements related to supply chain planning processes.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and distribution planning.
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with developers and solution architects to design, document, and implement SCV (Supply Chain Visibility) solutions.
Create functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and data mapping documents aligned with SCV tool requirements.
Support the configuration and testing of supply chain planning tools such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder (JDA), or Kinaxis.
Assist with UAT planning, execution, and sign-off for supply chain systems, ensuring user adoption and training readiness.
Provide data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to measure effectiveness of planning cycles and tool performance.
Facilitate change management efforts and support post-implementation activities including hypercare and issue resolution.
