**100% Remote**

Our client is a leading organization dedicated to transforming contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes for our clients. They are currently in Phase 2 of a major implementation project and are seeking a skilled CLM Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in Ironclad to join their team. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through complex use cases and ensuring a seamless transition to a modern digital CLM future state.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80 - $100 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
As the CLM Implementation Specialist, you will:
  • Analyze existing CLM workflows, integrations, functions, and processes to identify areas for enhancements, feature builds, and automation.
  • Provide expert guidance and develop a roadmap for transitioning clients to a modern digital CLM future state.
  • Recommend efficient rollout plans based on thorough workflow evaluations.
  • Draft and refine success criteria and implementation requirements in collaboration with the selected vendor.
  • Align module configuration with domain expertise to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct functional testing across system requirements, configuration, and deployment phases.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and prioritize engineering efforts for product stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design launch requirements and communicate progress effectively.
  • Prioritize design needs and partner with product teams to deliver roadmap milestones.

Keys to Success:
  • Deep domain expertise in CLM tools and processes, with a strong emphasis on Ironclad (Must be an Ironclad Subject Matter Expert).
  • Proven experience with module implementation, configuration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience working in large companies or large tech companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex use cases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.


Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLM implementation and management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Ironclad and other CLM tools.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
