Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand data requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Support data governance and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making across departments.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data definitions, processes, and dashboards.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2 6 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation (preferred).
- Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
