Job Details

Job Title: QRM Software Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC [Hybrid - 3 Days on site]


Job Description
Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability
Interface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities
Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software
Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies
Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis
Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC
Thoroughly understand the business partner requirements and troubleshoot when issues arise

Required Skill Set
5-8+ years' of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries, and working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages
Basic knowledge of creating Batch files and scheduled tasks
Thorough understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support

Desired skills
QRM experience is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree
AWS experience and/or certification(s)
GitLab or similar CI/CD experience
Windows PowerShell scripting
Terraform JSON or similar
