About the Role
As a ServiceNow Architect or Developer, you will be responsible for working within the Railroad Domain, focusing on the Health and Safety Module. You will handle systems integration, develop and consult on ServiceNow solutions, and work with integration tools like mid server and Integration hub. Your role includes designing and implementing complex integrations and understanding CMDB and CSDM.
Required:
- Senior level with 10-15 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Expertise in ServiceNow health and safety module.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glidescript).
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLS.
- Expert knowledge of integration techniques such as Rest, SOAP, and JDBC.
- Experience with integration tools like mid server and integration hub.
- Understanding of CMDB and CSDM.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Railroad Domain.
- Experience with ITOM modules like discovery, event management, service mapping.
- Data analytics experience with tools like Tableau.
