Role Overview: The Business Analyst (BA) will play a crucial role in coordinating meetings, engaging with stakeholder groups to gather critical information, performing data analysis, and tracking remediation progress within the healthcare and life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and a solid understanding of healthcare processes, regulatory requirements, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with various stakeholder groups, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and life sciences experts.
- Gather and document critical information from stakeholders to support healthcare and life sciences projects.
- Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Track and report on remediation progress, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and IT departments, to ensure project success.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, focusing on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience in coordinating meetings and engaging with stakeholders in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master certification (nice-to-have, but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
