Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage cross-channel marketing initiatives and contribute to exciting projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize inbound creative requests, ensuring effective project planning and resource allocation.
• Manage and execute high-impact brand marketing deliverables, including digital content and print materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Streamline processes and enhance team efficiency through effective asset management and documentation.
• Lead engagement with creative vendors, including freelance and agency management.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role within a creative or tech environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Experience in stakeholder management and building effective communication plans.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with human-centered design and production design processes.
• Experience in digital marketing, online advertising, and cross-channel marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
