Job Description
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will work closely with clients, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with other designers and developers, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
What you will be responsible for
As a UX Designer, you will
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, business stakeholders, developers, product owners, etc.
Work with other team members to evolve the enterprise design system to meet industry standards and achieve consistent user experience goal
Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
3-6 years of experience in user-centered design with a focus on financial products
Bachelor's degree or above in digital media, design, HCI or equivalent fields
Solid foundation in design principles, UX methodologies, best practices, and a passion
for designing meaningful digital experiences
Ability to take direction and execute precisely in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with peers across multi-disciplinary teams
Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Proficient in English, be able to work in a global team with English environment
A good team player with a positive attitude
Be proactive and ability to multi-task, and an energetic fast learner & problem solver
Proficiency in creating video or animation is a plus
Portfolio is a must.

Salary Range:
