In this role you will be managing a Network team, conducting project management, and providing technical guidance regarding network design and escalation support. You will also be a key driver of architecture transformation in upcoming projects involving aspects such as SD-WAN and micro segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network architecture, design, configuration, implementation, and support
• Team Management: staffing, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, etc.
• Technical Leadership: Guidance on network design, architecture, configuration, escalation support, standards
• Project Management, budgeting
• Vendor management

Required Experience

• 7+ years Cisco Enterprise Networking
• Strong background in network design and implementation, including deep knowledge of Cisco, routers, switches, firewalls, access points
• Network Team Management experience:
• At Minimum: Lead experience, task delegation, project management
• Ideal: Manager level experience with direct reports

Preferred

• Certs (CCNA, CCNP)
• Architect level experience in an enterprise environment
• SD-WAN experience
• Strong Network/Cyber Security experience
