Job Description:
The Marketing Analyst Lending Products plays a key role in driving growth and profitability across lending product portfolios.
This role supports campaign planning, measurement, and optimization across the entire marketing funnel - from brand-building to acquisition and customer engagement and retention.
The analyst will synthesize data across brand and performance media, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing programs (e.g. email, push) to help optimize marketing investments and improve outcomes throughout the customer relationship journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing performance across lending products to uncover insights that improve efficiency, conversion, and growth.
Design and measure incrementality and match market tests to evaluate the impact of marketing channels and campaigns.
Maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap and deliver analysis that supports continuous performance improvement.
Oversee marketing campaign execution across various channel
Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate data tracking, attribution, and performance measurement across acquisition channels.
Translate campaign and channel results into clear recommendations for targeting, creative, and investment optimization.
Work with lifecycle marketing team to build roadmap for existing lending portfolio growth and engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics insights align with broader business objectives.
Clearly communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
Duration:
6-month contract to hire position
If candidate performs well on contract, the manager would ultimately like to bring them on as an FTE with Santander afterwards
Must-Have Requirements:
3 years of experience
Analytical background: must know basic statistics, A/B test design, marketing effectiveness measurement
SAS, SQL, Python skills
Understanding of marketing campaign execution or have hands-on experience. For example, implementing targeting criteria, leads generation, waterfall suppression
Able to build marketing test design end-to-end
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge to google analytics
Adobe experience
Have past lending product domain knowledge
Have understanding in credit risk
Have used or familiar with bureau data
