RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Data Analytics & Transformation Project Manager in Costa Mesa, CA.
Responsibilities:
* Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional data projects using enterprise systems
* Define scope, ROI, and vendor needs with stakeholders
* Improve and follow PMO standards
* Translate business needs into technical specs
* Manage timelines, tasks, and team coordination
* Oversee finance system upgrades and data quality
* Enhance billing and analytics systems
* Communicate with teams and vendors to manage risks
* Support change management and analytics rollout
* As a Senior Project Manager, you will use tools like Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira
* Ensure quality through testing and UAT
* Work in Agile and hybrid project formats
* Plan transitions and validate ROI
* Conduct project reviews and lessons learned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field
* PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
* Strong knowledge of data analytics, integration, and ETL platforms
* Effective team leader with clear communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Skilled in executive-level communication and presentations
* Technically fluent in data integration and analytics discussions
* Experience with Smartsheet and Jira; adaptable to advanced usage
* Familiar with Change Management frameworks
* Able to manage multiple projects with discretion and confidentiality
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
