Job Title: Customer Support Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months

What you get to do in this role:

  • Go To Market Support Analyst - This person will be responsible for assisting in various areas of Sales Support, including maintain our Excel Order Form used in Brazil, Updating our terms and conditions in our sales quote to order tool, and various project management efforts across our lead to cash systems and tools.

Skills:

  • In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Advanced Excel skills including macros and formulas
  • Experience in the quote to order space
  • Knowledge of SAAS subscription sales
  • Background in Sales Support
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge of Sales CRM forecasting practices
