Role Title: Senior Brand Producer Experiential Marketing Consultant
Duration: 6 months initially
Preferred Location: NYC, 3 days per week onsite
Role Description:
A global beverage company is seeking a Senior Brand Producer (SBP) to serve as an in-house experiential production consultant. This role will oversee large-scale event production and asset management, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and alignment with sustainability and reuse goals. The consultant will also support strategic initiatives to improve production practices across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Business-as-Usual Production Oversight
- Lead production management and cost oversight for all experiential marketing events, with an initial focus on projects exceeding $400K.
- Ensure agency partners are aligned with internal production guidelines and executing efficiently.
- Onboard new agencies to production standards and best practices.
- Maintain and update weekly production trackers and monthly reporting.
- Triage incoming briefs with category leads and recommend agile production models that emphasize efficiency, sustainability, and reuse.
- Asset Planning and Lifecycle Management
- Collaborate with brand and trade teams to plan, manage, and track the lifecycle of physical and digital assets.
- Promote responsible asset creation and reuse to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
Secondary Responsibilities:
3. Strategic Initiatives
- Assist in the rollout of updated production guidelines (v2.0).
- Develop and manage a reuse tracker for agency reporting.
- Contribute to the establishment of best practices across the experiential production ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in event production, preferably within the beverage alcohol category.
- Proven ability to manage complex production processes across fragmented agency networks and multiple brands.
- Experience in on-premise, off-premise, and non-premise event channels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of experiential activations from small-scale to Tier
1 events. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Expertise in budget management, financial reporting, and invoice development.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Deep understanding of event production techniques, technologies, and vendor management.
- Collaborative mindset with a "tough but fair" approach to agency and partner relationships.
