Platform Services Lead
Summary
We are seeking a Platform Services Lead to oversee and guide a small development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our platform. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on oversight, including mentoring developers, coordinating Agile Scrum operations, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable platform delivery. The ideal candidate has strong C#/.NET expertise and experience with Microsoft Azure services, paired with a collaborative and process-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3 developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee Agile Scrum operations, coordinating sprints, task prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain the platform, including bug fixes, compliance updates, and security enhancements.
- Build new features and enhancements for the platform, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
- Coordinate with project teams, PMO, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
- Implement best practices for coding, architecture, DevOps, and process improvements.
- Maintain technical and process documentation to support team continuity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in C#.NET
- Experience leading development teams for 2+ years.
- Proven experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Solid experience in Microsoft Azure (at least 3 4 services, including API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services, Application Insights, App Configuration).
- UI experience with Angular or React.
