Job Title: Senior UX Developer Role

Location: Cary, NC, or New York, NY ( Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

Duration: 6-12 Months

JD:

1. UX Design Expertise: Lead the design and development of intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

2. HTML Prototyping: Create high-quality, interactive HTML prototypes to demonstrate design concepts, workflows, and functionality for stakeholder review and feedback.

3. Frontend Development: Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces using modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

4. Framework Proficiency: Strong experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to build dynamic and scalable user interfaces.

5. Design Tools Expertise: Proficient in using design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

6. Accessibility Standards: Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to WCAG and ADA accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.

7. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs and prototypes.

8. Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance by implementing best practices in coding, asset management, and rendering techniques.

9. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.

10. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in user experience design.

11. Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development process.

12. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate user experiences.
