Job Details

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Project Manager to support enterprise application initiatives centered on the JDE platform. This role will lead application-focused projects, partnering closely with business and IT teams to drive delivery, governance, and process alignment across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing JDE technology projects, is comfortable working in a matrixed enterprise environment, and can effectively collaborate across multiple business units. This position sits within a growing PMO organization focused on improving execution, alignment, and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage JD Edwards (JDE) application projects, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand JDE-supported business processes and translate requirements into executable project plans

  • Coordinate efforts across IT teams, business users, and third-party vendors supporting JDE initiatives

  • Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery

  • Apply Agile/Scrum project management practices as appropriate

  • Support project governance and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and workflows

  • Serve as the primary point of communication for assigned JDE initiatives

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and support additional JDE-related projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing JD Edwards (JDE) IT projects

  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes supported by JDE

  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
