We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Project Manager to support enterprise application initiatives centered on the JDE platform. This role will lead application-focused projects, partnering closely with business and IT teams to drive delivery, governance, and process alignment across the organization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing JDE technology projects, is comfortable working in a matrixed enterprise environment, and can effectively collaborate across multiple business units. This position sits within a growing PMO organization focused on improving execution, alignment, and delivery discipline.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage JD Edwards (JDE) application projects, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements
Partner with business stakeholders to understand JDE-supported business processes and translate requirements into executable project plans
Coordinate efforts across IT teams, business users, and third-party vendors supporting JDE initiatives
Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery
Apply Agile/Scrum project management practices as appropriate
Support project governance and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and workflows
Serve as the primary point of communication for assigned JDE initiatives
Adapt to shifting priorities and support additional JDE-related projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing JD Edwards (JDE) IT projects
Strong understanding of enterprise business processes supported by JDE
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
