As an Information Technology Requirements Validation Specialist shall be responsible for managing, coordinating, sustaining, and executing Information Technology requirements and processes with government key stakeholders and external enabling entities. This includes current (on-hand) workstations, IP Phones, Video Teleconferencing Systems, SIPR and NIPR Personal Electronic Devices (tablets and phones), and printers. This will include maintaining IT accountability and authorization records, initiating and processing requirements documents, coordinating closely with supply and Property Book Offices, and drafting fragmentary orders to aid in the coordination and collaboration of IT accountability and distribution.

Program encompasses all End User Devices (EUD) associated with the customer's computing environment (Secure and Non-Secure networks).

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.

- Responsible for the Lifecycle Replacement (LCR) Program
- Serve as the principal lead for the LCR program for the customer's organization and its subordinate commands.
- Perform research on new equipment to ensure products follow local policy/requirements. Coordinate with unit G6/S6s and staffs for hardware upgrades and timely LCR of outdated EUD systems (excludes network and server hardware and peripherals).
- Collects data and creates reports on shipping and receiving status, participates in telephonic meetings with subordinates and higher headquarters.
- Work as the liaison with vendors for support issues and assist with preparation, justification, management, and execution of the customer's IT Budget to meet EUD lifecycle needs.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, information management officers, and S6/G6s to execute LCR purchases or changes/updates to the authorization table of allowances for IT systems within the customer's organization and subordinate units.
- Create, submit, and track acquisition requirements.
- Coordinate with the staff to facilitate the authorization for procurement for required IT hardware and software. Utilize authorization documents Modification Table of Organization Equipment (MTOE) and tools Force Management System Web (FMSWeb) to aid in building procurement packets and assisting with clarification of requirement for specific capabilities.
- Builds and maintains a tracking mechanism that provides quality control.
- Communication with primary staff, external agencies, and subordinate units: Communicates with supervisors and leaders at the supporting Headquarters and Higher Command (USAREUR-AF) regarding Information Technology authorizations, distribution, requirements packets, and telephone control processes, procedures, and updates.
- Inform supervisors and leaders to assist in accountability, prioritization, and distribution timelines.
- Assist in identifying manpower, equipment, and automated shortfalls and capability gaps.
- Coordinates requirements to ensure Information Technology is provided at the right time and place.
- Inputs/updates and extracts data to/from automated systems throughout the day. Utilizes data to track and analyze to reveal problems/delays and document causes. Coordinates corrective actions when delays are recognized to ensure schedules are being met and assigned tasks are being accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
- Extracts and analyzes data for reports, metrics, standards, and development of budget information for information technology initiatives.
- Provides recommendations and supporting data in support of G6 budget projections and cost estimates based on historical data, current posture, and future changes or updates in IT requirements.

- Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 8+ years of related experience
- Technical skills: Experience with LCR programs, IT procurement and acquisitions, logistics, and DoD/Army budgeting process is required. Experience managing mobile IT devices is required. Knowledge of Air and Missile Defense operations is desired.
