About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and security best practices to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time role ideal for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications in a modern tech stack.

Must-Have Skills

  • React.js and associated libraries (Redux, Hooks)

  • AWS Lambda and serverless backend development

  • API Gateway

  • Security standards and secure coding practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using Python and React with serverless AWS infrastructure.

  • Build and maintain secure, well-tested, and high-performance systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver quality software.

  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.

  • Proactively identify performance issues, bottlenecks, and security gaps.

  • Integrate RESTful APIs, manage databases, and support full stack development.

  • Stay up to date with latest development trends and propose improvements to architecture and process.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development

  • Strong proficiency in Python and React.js

  • Deep understanding of secure coding, encryption, OWASP, TLS/SSL

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+)

  • Solid experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools (Git, SVN)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS services: API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps

  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Behave, Cucumber, Jest)

  • Exposure to security testing tools and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)

  • Hands-on with AWS security services like IAM, KMS, AWS Config

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in call center environments (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Strong adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
