Job Details

SAP Technical Lead
The SAP Technical Lead oversees the technical delivery, security, and stability of the SAP finance platform. This includes managing infrastructure with PaaS and AMS partners, ensuring compliance, and leading Basis and Security teams across global operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SAP environments, including implementation, deployment, support, and administration.
  • Lead global SAP Basis and Security teams to maintain secure, high-performing systems.
  • Oversee platform security, vulnerability management, IT controls, and audit readiness (SOX, GRC).
  • Ensure compliance with change control, patch management, and information security standards.
  • Drive root cause analyses for production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with risk, compliance, and finance leaders on transformation projects.
  • Support change management, release processes, and SAP Solution Manager optimization.
  • Manage software budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 15+ years of SAP experience, including 10+ in leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE, BODS, BusinessObjects, BTP, Security, and GRC.
  • Familiarity with SAP Finance, Treasury, FPSL, FSCD, and Datasphere/SAC preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead global teams, manage vendors, and ensure compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
